- gGalore is a sister concern of Gram Unnayan Karma (GUK), a national level non-government development organization working throughout the country since last 30 years. The organization has been providing different support and services to the under-privileged people of Bangladesh by implementing microfinance program, education program, health program, agriculture, livestock, fisheries, climate change resilience and market linkage activities to utilize their full potentialities. gGalore aims towards market linkage facility for its beneficiaries by setting up chain superstores that will sale all kinds of consumer goods of established brands as well as the products produced by GUK beneficiaries like garments, grocery items, handicrafts, processed food etc. in its stores, established outlets and online market place throughout the country.
Job Responsibilities
- Should have marketing knowledge on products items (Pant, Shirt, Panjabi etc).
- Capable of enrolling in new customers & make strong relationship with them to create & operate big volume business with them.
- Regularly follow-up with existing & potential customer in assigned area.
- Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive & result oriented.
- Have to achieve annual value, volume & profitability target for the specified territory, ensuring sales & collection within due time frame.
- Collect market information to strengthen market intelligence activities.
- Insure growth in marketing.
- Provide proactive sales support to peers and management in building strong customer relationships.
- Create and be accountable for follow up of all customers proposals, problems, contracts & any other related documentation.

Educational Requirements
- Masters/Graduates any discipline from the reputed university. MBA/BBA in marketing will get preference.
- Skills required: Ability to work under pressure, accountability, adaptability, advanced knowledge of MS office and basic computer operating skills.
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 30 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Priority will be given to the experienced candidates in garments products sales & Marketing.

Salary
- Tk. 15000 (Monthly) TA/DA 6000-8000 Tk (Monthly) depend on area.
